Welcome inside the Cwtch at Forge Cottage

 The Cwtch at Forge Cottage is open plan and boasts some contemporary and local artwork on many of the walls.

Downstairs 

Relax in one of the two reclining leather sofas complete with USB ports and watch a 55 inch LG, HD smart TV.  Log in to your own Netflix account upstairs and downstairs.

Cook in a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Bosch dishwasher, electric oven, Panasonic microwave, Ninja air fryer and multiple utensils, pots and pans.  "Denby" crockery and "Stellar" cutlery are provided and choose from tall large mugs or bone china "Cwtch" mugs. Tea pot and 2 sizes of cafetières. 

The oak table seats four people, so there's plenty of space to eat.  

There are cupboards with books and a few games if you just want to stay in and a plethora of information about local attractions and places to eat.

Upstairs 

Sleep in a kingsize oak bed with a mattress topper, enjoying views of the countryside, watch a 48 inch Phillips ambilight HD smart TV or sit and read. USB port sockets available on both sides of the kingsize bed.

A single bed is in an alcove at the top of the stairs, allowing some privacy in the open plan bedroom, should you wish to sleep alone, or bring a third adult to join you on your stay.  There are touch bedside lamps to save you getting out of bed to turn lighting on.

Wool carpet in the bedroom and tiled floor in the bathroom. 

Full length mirror with lockable jewellery box and night security torch upstairs.

A hairdryer and shaver plug are provided.

There is a large three speed pedestal fan plus spare sheet if it's too hot to sleep under the duvet, and additional blanket in the winter. Plus you can control the heating with the "Hive" heating system. 

Relax in the bath, or use the "over the bath" electrical shower.  

Velux windows above the kingsize bed enable you to watch the night sky if left open, blackout blinds for those who want it dark.

Outside 

Sit in the arbour enjoying the tranquil rural location with a glass of wine or champagne and if you're lucky you may see bats, birds of prey and more often than not, calves or cows in a field close by. There is not a garden for the Cwtch.

Lock your bicycles in the garage or workshop. Motorbikes can also be put in the garage.

Outside tap for the washing of wetsuits and a washing line is provided. 

Our insurance for the Cwtch does not allow any charging of electric vehicle batteries, (car or bicycle), but there are lots of electric car charging points locally.
